Structure and Principle of Valve

Valves have different requirements according to their types and uses, mainly including sealing, strength, adjustment, circulation, opening and closing performance. Automotive valve grinding machine plays an important role in valves manufacturing process. When designing and selecting a valve, in addition to the basic parameters and performance, the performance of the fluid must be considered, including the phase state of the fluid (gas, liquid or solid particles), corrosiveness, viscosity, toxicity, flammability and explosiveness.


First, the ball valve. The working principle of the ball valve is to open or close the valve by rotating the valve. The ball valve switch is lightweight, small, can be made into a large caliber, reliable sealing, simple structure, easy maintenance, the sealing surface and spherical surface are often closed, not easy to be eroded by the medium, and widely used in various industries. There are two types of ball valves, one is floating ball type, and the other is fixed ball type.

Second, check valve. The check valve is a valve that automatically opens and closes on the strength of the fluid itself, and its role is to prevent the medium from flowing backward. Fourth, stop valve. Globe valve, also known as shut-off valve, is a widely used valve. It is popular because of the low friction between the sealing surfaces during the opening and closing process, which is more durable, the opening height is not large, easy to manufacture, and maintenance Convenient, not only suitable for medium and low voltage, but also suitable for high pressure. Its closing principle is that, relying on the pressure of the valve stem, the valve disc sealing surface and the valve seat grinding machine surface are closely fitted to prevent the medium from flowing. 


Fifth, butterfly valve. Butterfly valves are also called butterfly valves. As the name suggests, its key components are like butterflies facing the wind and turning freely. The disc of a butterfly valve is a disc that rotates around an axis in the valve seat. The angle of rotation is the degree of opening and closing of the valve. Butterfly valve has the characteristics of light weight, saves material compared to other valves, simple structure, fast opening and closing, can be used for cutting and throttling, low fluid resistance and labor-saving operation. Butterfly valve can be made into a large caliber.
