Switching between valve variants is handled through the control system rather than mechanical changeover alone. The Mitsubishi PLC stores multiple process programs, and operators select the appropriate program from the touch screen for each valve type. On the grinding machines, the loading rails and fixtures are adjustable to accommodate different stem lengths and head diameters, and the seat grinder accepts seat angles from 44 to 70 degrees. This means a product changeover typically takes minutes, not hours, which matters for plants running multiple valve families.

The fully automatic valve forging line runs at a cycle time of approximately 8 seconds per piece. The line is built around four electric upsetting machines and one press arranged in a circle, with a six-axis robot at the center transferring workpieces between stations. Bar material is loaded into hoppers manually and then fed, heated, upset, forged, and unloaded automatically, which keeps labor requirement low and output consistent across shifts.

The valve seat grinding machine handles stem diameters of 5–8 mm, head diameters of 20–50 mm, and overall lengths of 80–150 mm. The automatic forging line processes bar diameters of 4.5–7 mm with lengths of 100–180 mm. The equipment is designed for common valve steels including 21-4N, 4Cr10Si2Mo, SUH3, and SUH35, with a workpiece hardness range of 25–45 HRc. This range covers most intake and exhaust valve specifications used in automotive and industrial engines.

The purchaser can't install & commossion the engine valve line. We will assist the customer to install. But the expenses are paid by the purchaser.

The standard capacity of engine valve line is 3500~4000 pieces/8 hours. 2 shaift/7000~8000 pieces. ( It is also up to the valve size).
