In the valve manufacturing process, bumps on the valve surface are frequent and cause headaches for engineers. So how can we effectively control the problems that arise? Tianzhijiao Company has made the following summary and shared with you based on years of experience.
1. Machining
The machine tool feeding mechanism, tooling clamping mechanism, and receiving and conveying mechanism are all made of soft base material, and the valve and valve achieve zero contact in the manufacturing process.
For example, the company Tianzhijiao has optimized the mechanism on all machine and purchased parallel tracks made of PU material. In the process of grabbing, polyurethane soft claws are used. 2. Process connection
The connection mechanism of Tianzhijiao adopts a 1-to-1 single-point process connection. Combined by servo motor lifting + multi-axis robot. Each valve is a separate gripping transmission. Efficient handling between machine and products is achieved with zero contact between products.
3. Logistics & Storage
(1) Special tooling: use polyurethane pallets with separation grooves or independent empty spaces. Ensure zero contact between valves. Plastic liners are installed in the bin and on the inner wall of the hopper at the same time.
(2) Single-layer placement or multi-layer spaced placement. The product spacing placed after processing is neatly placed. Avoid hitting or pinching.
4. Cleaning and packaging.
(1)The TIANZHIJIAO has launched two devices at the same time.
One is: special engine valve washing equipment. Each valve can be cleaned individually and gas-dried with high pressure.

The second is: special oiling equipment. Each valve is individually rust-proof and flows to the next process for packaging.

(2)Individually packaged: Each valve is individually packaged in a plastic bag or foam bag. Label and then box. The inside of the box is isolated with a thickened paper layer or foam. Prevents bruising from crushing
