This machine adopts a two-stage body structure, and all detection stations are integrated into one machine to save space and size. The design of the whole machine fully considers the requirements of oil and dust prevention in the work site environment. The main cabinet and electrical cabinet consider using cabinet air conditioning circulation cooling method.

Workstation 1: Full size inspection workstation (laser measurement + displacement sensor);
Workstation 2: Laser marking;
Unloading station: After the workpiece is inspected, it is sorted at this point through the unloading station. The programmable logic controller (PLC) tracks the workpiece detection data to this workstation and performs cutting and sorting inspection on the workpiece based on the detection results; Prevent product collision and install a full material alarm device. We provide a total of 7 channels (1 qualified, 6 unqualified, and 1 spare material, which can be customized by customers)
