A friction welding machine is a solid-phase welding that applies forging welding forces to create a strong metallic bond between materials.
Friction welding is suitable for welding rods and pipes, with simple process, good quality, good working conditions, high productivity, low power consumption, and easy mechanization and automation.
Advantages: Energy saving, no need for consumables, environmental protection, no radiation generation, high efficiency, several times higher than traditional welding, and the ability to weld different materials. The welding quality is related to the rotational speed, friction time, friction pressure, top forging pressure, and workpiece top forging deformation.
